We like to begin the process of choosing the type of cake by meeting up to discuss styles and requirements. We have a variety to choose from, or we can do something totally unique.
Our cakes can come in a variety of flavours. From a traditional Rich fruit cake made with ingredients of the highest quality, including Napolean Brandy and local farm fresh eggs. The cake is made 6 – 8 weeks prior to the wedding to allow the flavour to mature.
However, if you prefer a lighter cake, you could try one of these delicious flavours of light moist cake in lemon, coffee, carrot and belgium chocolate and traditional sponge. There are so many flavours we can even make your favourite.Our chocolate cake is layered with chocolate ganache made with the finest belgium chocolate.
